Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been processed.

Standard in-stock products (GG Meter, GG2 Meter) are typically prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Custom and made-to-order products, including Multi-Meter Units (MMU), custom-labelled units, and pre-programmed radio assemblies, require additional lead time. Lead times for custom orders will be confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

GridGear Solutions ships via UPS. The carrier and service level will be selected based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements. For large or heavy shipments, freight carriers may be used. Carrier selection will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes within Canada are as follows:

  • British Columbia: 1–3 business days

  • Alberta and Western Canada: 2–4 business days

  • Ontario and Quebec: 3–6 business days

  • Atlantic Canada and remote regions: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or customs are outside GridGear's control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. A shipping quote will be provided at the time of order. For large volume or recurring orders, flat-rate or negotiated shipping arrangements may be available, contact us to discuss.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

MMUs, custom-labelled enclosures, and pre-programmed radio assemblies are built to order. Lead times vary depending on configuration and current production schedule. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order and confirmed before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify GridGear Solutions within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@gridgear.ca with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange replacement or repair as appropriate.

If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@gridgear.ca or +1 888-513-1392 and we will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, contact us immediately at info@gridgear.ca. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

GridGear Solutions ships primarily within Canada. For international inquiries including US shipments, contact us directly at info@gridgear.ca to discuss availability, customs documentation, and shipping costs.
