All products and services offered by GridGear Solutions Ltd. are subject to availability. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. This website does not constitute an online store — all orders are processed directly through GridGear Solutions and confirmed by email or phone.
Custom and made-to-order products, including Multi-Meter Units (MMU), custom-labelled enclosures, and pre-programmed radio assemblies, are built to specification. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of invoicing. GridGear Solutions reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to order confirmation. Payment terms will be established at the time of order and communicated in writing.
Product Warranty
GridGear Solutions Ltd. provides a 10-year warranty on its metering products when installed in accordance with the applicable installation instructions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or external causes such as power surges or physical damage. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@gridgear.ca with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
GridGear Solutions reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit for any product determined to be defective under warranty, at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, product photos, logos, and technical documents, is the property of GridGear Solutions Ltd. and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from GridGear Solutions Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GridGear Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
